Which Copic colors?
 

This might be a strange question, but which Copic colors would you recommend for coloring a Siamese cat? That is my favorite cat (I miss my kitty :( ). I attached a picture of the coloring I am looking for. It is a Seal Point Siamese. (It isn't my cat, just a random picture from the internet.)

I'm still building my stash, so don't have very many colors yet. If you call 56 markers not very many. LOL

The dark parts look like E49 and the parts on her back look like the Warm Greys - I only have W0 and you'd need a few shades darker than that. B21-ish for the eyes?

This was done using E40, E41, E42, E43, E44, E47 and E49. HTH. I know it seems like a lot, but it made the cat look more realistic. :)

I can only afford to buy 4 markers at this time, which ones of the E40's should I get for this project?

Start with 40, 42, 44, and 47. You won't get as gradual a blend and you won't have the darkest color, but it would still look nice. You can always get the others when you can afford them. :D
