Default Editing Sizzix Dies

I'm sorry if this is a duplicate. I have searched the forums every way I can think of and didn't see anything about this.

I had read in various places that you can alter Sizzix dies. If that is true, I would like to remove the huge holes from the Daisy #2 die. Can someone point me to directions for how to do that?

Thanks bunches!

Gosh, it seems like you could do something less damaging.

Thank you for the reply. Hmm.... so it sounds like I couldn't remove the holes from my Sizzix Daisy #2 die without going the "cut every 1/8th of an inch" route?

Terrific! Just finished altering several dies that had holes where I didn't want them. Each die seemed to have it's own problems - lots of adhesive on the rubber, blade came out with plastic - managed to solve each one but then was hesitant to deal with the solid back dies. Once I got up my nerve it was just a different set of problems to solve. When I couldn't get the centers out of Flower Layer#3 with the pliers and such I had been using, I got out my drill/ screw driver and drilled a hole, screwed in a screw and then pulled out the screw with pliers. Almost as easy as uncorking a bottle of wine. Wish I had thought of this a long time ago. Thanks everyone.
