Where can I buy postage scissors for the faux postage technique? I have looked at Joann's and Michaels, and even on-line, with no luck. Maybe they aren't called "postage scissors", but something else. Thanks.

I bought mine at michaels. They had two sizes of cuts, and I think the smaller one looks better. You just have to dig through a bunch of their decorative scissors till you find the right ones.
I found mine at Michaels ~ I think it was the Michaels in Algonquin, IL. Maybe the Geneva one. I'm not far from you (I see you're in Wheaton) ~ I'd be happy to pick you up a pair and mail them to you, next time I'm by a Michaels. Let me know! (I graduated from Wheaton College, by the way! Yea Wheaton!)
OK, thanks, I'll check Michaels, and I'll look more carefully :-) Can't wait to try faux postage for Father's Day cards!

I got mine at Micheals.. for 50 cents when they were doing a 2 for a $1 sale!
I got mine at either Mike's or JoAnn's, and the Fiskars ones say "Stamp" on the side (for the type of cut it makes, like deckle or pinking...).
Good luck finding them!

I bought the larger ones by Provocraft at Michael's but didn't like the way they looked. I ended up buying a pair of Fiskar's stamp scissors a few weeks ago at the Archiver's on Butterfield & Finley Roads in Downers Grove. They were marked down 25% but you can probably get them cheaper at Michaels or a Joann Superstore with one of their coupons.
Now just don't ask me if I have used them yet or not!

If you buy them from Michaels they have two brands. You can either get provocraft or fiskars. the fiskars brand are MUCH better quality and come in a sealed package. The other ones are sold without a package and are very innexpensive, however they break easily and don't cut very well. If you need to sharpen your scissors (decorative or non) cut through tin foil. This works to sharpen punches as well.
