CHA copic news?

I can't seem to find what's new with them...anyone know?

Marianne's blog indicated there was something new, but I haven't heard anything/read anything more.

I know for the class they just came out with a new handout/book thing that you get if you take the certification class. I don't think there's any new colors coming out though.

well Marianne mentions that on her blog (the book) but item #2 (of her most recent post) talks about "a few new surprises"

The only new thing from Copic is a storage folder that will hold 72 markers.

There may be something new for the summer show.

No new colors, they do have a couple of new groupings that they are selling as collections, but they are all colors that were already in circulation

I subscribe to her blog and the newsletter described the new holder and also showed some pics of her and some loyal copic followers.

I just checked the Copic's manufacturer website, and there is no new colors coming out soon. I think any new products (from the US distributor) would be more organizational (pouches, stands) than anything else.

The new 'news' that Copic announced at CHA is a 72 wallet organizer (awesome - with a strap - perfect for carrying your collection to different locations), also some new store displays for seasonal colors.

Another big surprise was the addition of Jennie Black to our Regional Certification Team... she will be covering the Southwest area for certification classes.

I am one that would like the NEW totable carrying case, as we are campers, and can take them with. Just take along my stamped images, and what color groups I want to use.
