Default ATG 50

When you are ready to change tape, how do you get the old tape and the core out of your dispenser?

I have an ATG-50. Okay...if you look on the black ring at the core? there's a little black plastic tab L shaped if you will. If you hold that in and pull up on the white, empty plastic roll (that held the tape) it should come off.
