Can I crimp paper with my Cuttlebug??

I got my Cuttlebug earlier this week, and i have been having lots of fun with it... then the idea of crimping finally dawned on me. Can I crimp with my Cuttlebug?

Crimpers look like they work in a similar way. Run something flat through rollers to cut and emboss. Can we use the rollers to crimp??

I can't imagine how you would use a Cuttlebug for crimping.
The rollers on a crimper have peaks and valleys which is how you achieve the crimped effect when you roll paper between the rollers.

The rollers on a Cuttlebug or any manual die cutting machine are smooth. The only way to get a crimped effect would be if someone designs an embossing folder with the peaks and valleys and even those peaks and valleys would not be as deep as a crimper can achieve

Thank you, that helps. Before I went to buy another doo dad, I wanted to make sure i hadn't missed something.
