Default Disappointed, returning Portrait 3

I've spent 4 days trying to get my new Portrait 3 to work. It worked when I had the support guy on chat, but after he signed off, it stopped working again. I re-did the steps he gave me, but it still didn't work. The Autoblade isn't setting. Anyone else have this issue?
I'm wishing I could fix my Slice machine...

I have a Portrait 2, and I recently had to re-pair the Bluetooth with my laptop.  I had a hard time and had to re-boot my laptop in order for it to find the Portrait 2.  Have you tried re-booting?  Also, you might want to try uninstalling and re-installing Silhouette Studio.  Make sure that you've downloaded any files you might have saved in the program first.  HTH, and good luck.

Default Exchanged and new machine works!

My hubby insisted that the machine should be returned so we took it back to the store and exchanged it. The new machine works perfectly. It sounds different, too. My hubby commented on that and said, "I told you the other one was defective!"  
Now I'm trolling the internet for free SVG cut files!

Glad you were able to exchange it for a good one.  Have fun, and whine whenever you like.  It's good to vent, and we've all been there in one way or another.
