I can't help you with where to buy the refills - I just use my 40% and 50% off coupons at AC Moore and Joanns. They're $3.99 regularly, so the coupon makes them reasonable.
They seem to have two sizes of refills now. I bought the smaller one by mistake recently and had to return it. Funny thing is, I didn't see the holder for that size. Now I'm more careful about what I pick up.
I've also noticed that my Tombow is not dispensing evenly anymore. I've tried more pressure, less pressure, moving slower and moving faster. Nothing seems to work. I get partial coverage and sometimes globs of adhesive. Next week I'll be at a store that carries the ATG and I'm going to try it out and possible buy one.
