big shot

what big shot dies would you recommend?

It depends on what you like to do. The top note die is very versatile and I love the butterflies. I got the basket one and the pillow box thinking they would be great and I don't like or use either one.

I would get anything that embosses. I love the look of having an embossed piece of paper then a stamped image on top, kinda 3D. Just my 2 cents.

I love the Top Note Die!

The Top Note and the Scalloped Envelope are 2 of my favorites. Besides being an envelope, have you seen the cute boxes and purses/treat bags you can make with the Envelope die?

Here's a box:

and here's the purse:

I just ordered the large snowflake. I like the look of the felt flowers so I also ordered a bunch of the flower dies so I can make my own flowers.

Oh, I also ordered the top note die.

I am about to buy the big shot and looking at papertrey and their nestabilities dies, anyone use them? The flower dies with felt is a great idea and one that will save me a lot of money:)

Top note and envelope for sure. It really is a matter of your taste and what you plan to do with each. I am a favor and mini gift giver. Lots of co-workers... so these two dies are wonderful. The little boxes are also cute ones.

The star punch is good at Christmas and the snowflake.
