For the ATG 714, www.tapedepot.com has free shipping if you buy 2 12-roll subpacks. I think the # is 7502. Lots cheaper than the 3M, and works just as well, if not better.

Sorry, I just checked the site again, and free shipping applies to $50.00 or more orders. When I ordered mine, you got free shipping with a $35.00 order (plus the tape was cheaper at that time!)

I think the TapeDepot special is over. The website now says free shipping over $50 and the box of 12 is $23.

I buy mine direct from www.framingsupplies.com. That is where I purchased my gun, and I usually buy 12 at a time to get the price break.

I do the same thing. I've always gotten really great service with them and my order has always arrived promptly and safely.

I ordered a dozen acid free 1/4" rolls off ebay last night for 21.50 including shipping. The seller had 100% positive feedback, which I read through several and everyone was happy with their purchase and service.

I have gotten them at both Framing supplies and The Tape Depot. Was very pleased with both.

Has anyone ordered and received merchandise from the Armel Co? Just wondering about their reliability and customer service since I've never heard of them. I like their price on the tape.

I just ordered 72 rolls from Armel last week to split with a friend. I ordered on Tuesday afternoon and they were here on Thursday. (They are on the East Coast and so am I)

Their customer service is great. You can also call the 800 number on their website. (1-800-637-3720)

I got mine on Ebay too! It was the best deal I could find without purchasing a ton of other stuff to fill a free shipping quota. :)

I ordered from Armels last night. They sell the ATG 7520 1/4" x 36' for $1.25 a roll. I ordered 24 roll and it came to 38.00 including shipping. I just bought the ATG 714 from Crop and Stick (wonderful customer service) this week, thanks to this forum!!! I cant wait to try it out.
