nuvo drops bottles stuck

So, I went to use my nuvo drops yesterday and the first 3 bottles i tried are totally stuck--meaning the liquid is stuck in the tube and i cant get anything out. I tried a pin, a piercer, you name it--nothing will gt through it. I even broke one of the containers with the piercer :(

Any suggestions?

No idea if this will work but it works for honey ...

Place the bottle in a bath of warm water. I'd start with 12-15 minutes or even longer but be sure the water is warm the entire soaking time. After several minutes gently roll the bottle in your hands and check for improvement. Repeat as necessary.
