Though I don't have a resource for you, I would like to also add to question which is on the same "note." Where is the best place to shop for online paper for the best prices?. I have purchased white and ivory cardstock from Neenah which is lovely paper and great to work with for many different medias. But, as for colors, I do not know where. I always, as I am sure others are as well, concerned about the shipping prices being the weight of paper is tremendous if you order in bulk. Not knowing if you meant plain cardstock or designer cardstock that will make all the difference where you buy it. Amazon is good for designer I have found. Also, Joann's, Stampsimply, and many others. Also, Gina K's paper are on top of the pile for excellent quality. I purchase a lot of my DCWV, K&Company and others from Joann's when they are half off. Too expensive to buy at straight price of 20.00 per pad. I would be interested in where those "cool deals" are that I haven't mentioned though.

The places mentioned are all good places to shop. And how about Overstock? They have quite a selection, and their shipping is only $2.99 for your whole order:

Ha! I love it! I've found lots of stuff on Overstock. People don't think about them for papercrafting, but they really have a nice selection.
You just never know what you will find, and if you like it, you should buy it, because they don't usually get items back in again.

Marco's Paper has a good selection and Kelly Paper has an online store. Marc's has fast service. I shop at Kelly's locally and they specialize in paper.

I totally use stampin up paper except I did just order white and Ivory from GinaK. I wasted a lot of money buying paper from Joannes and Michaels. I gave all that paper to my grandkids.

cutcardstock.com has the same as SU!'s shimmer card stock. Curious Metallic Galvanized (silver), Gold Leaf, Cyrogen White (I use for Copics) and Poison Ivory. They have colors of shimmers, plain, and linen. Get on their mailing list for special discount coupons. There is a flat rate shipping or it's free for $150. Several of us go together to share so we can get the best rate on multiple pack rates. I order the Galvanized for our printing business to use in our laser printers to make business cards.

It depends.....I only use SU for colored cardstock. I like having matching inks and matching ribbon with my cardstock- all of what I can find in SU. I like the quality of the CS.
For patterned paper: I buy whatever I like. I do buy some SU DSP (I love being able to match the DSP to with my CS exactly!) . But one of my favorite companies is October Afternoon. It is vintage which I love. I find SU colors match it well. I love the patterns. I find the best deals on it.....on FACEBOOK of all places!!! They have a fb page to their blog and they post their specials. It has been the cheapest I have ever been able to find it. I loved their Santa Sacks at Christmas. It was various collections of paper, accessories of button, chipboard, stickers, ribbon...all for a price. I love all of OA stuff so after I did all the Santa Sacks for December, I had plenty of each paper line!!!

Though I am behind the times in lots of products available my discovery of digital downloads has perked my attention to a new source of finding the perfect paper. My choices lately have been very feminine, vintage, flowery stuff. I could eat this paper I love it so much! (Sorry there, I got carried away.) But the point is if you can't find what you like preprinted then digital downloads are the way to go. You just have to buy color printer cartridges a little more often. BUT you do get what you want. Paperpacks have many pages that are really unuseable for the most part, so this way you get exactly what you want. We can add this means to our repertoire of sources!
