Default Ellison Customer Service

I just wanted to give a shout out for Ellsion Customer Care.

In 2009 my dh bought the Big Shot Express for me. It's been packed away and recently let out of the box. After using it, it just stopped working. As in it wouldn't run period.

It's been over 3 years. He bought it at Archivers and it was still new but out of warranty.

I called Ellison, explained the situation hoping to return it so they could fix it. Figuring I would have to pay for the fix and understanding it was out of warranty.

To my surprise this was an issue they knew about. There is a manufacturer defect.

My customer care rep told me they were offering a replacement free of charge but the would be replacing it with the Vagabond, and someone would be contacting me.

Within an hour I had an email with info on the return and replacement. I immediately shipped off the defective one and it has been recieved by the returns dept.

Yesterday, I recieved an email from the rep. saying the replacement had been shipped.

Needless to say I'm very impressed that Ellison stands behind their product so much. Their customer care reps are extremely helpful, pleasant and have been a joy to work with, making every step easy for me the customer.

So if you want a good product and one that the company gives great customer service. Go with Ellison.

In this day and age, hearing a company REALLY backs its products is wonderful. A lot of companies have a policy that makes you wonder if they realize that the customers are the ones that keep the company in business!

Hope you like your Vagabond as much as I do. I started with a Cuttlebug (still have it), asked for and got a Big Shot for one Christmas (still have it also) and last year upgraded my Christmas request for a Vagabond. I use my Big Shot plates with my Vagabond.
