I don't know anything about the ones you're considering, but thought I would pass along some info that someone at the OTT company gave me. When I told her that I was looking for a light for cardmaking, she told me to get one that was at least 18watts so that it would be bright enough. I know some of the lights are 14 watts and people on the forums said that they had to be right on top of their work to be bright enough. Wish I could help more. I got one for Christmas and I love it.

I just checked mine after reading this. Mine is an 18 watt and I love it! I'm a card maker.
