SU Sweet Cups

I noticed in the gallery that some people are actually using water in the sweet treat cups. How do they do that? I'm intrigued. The ones I have seen in the gallery are adorable, but how do you seal the back of the cups so the water doesn't eventually leak out? And can you mail them with the water in them?
They are adorable and I just ordered some heart sweet treat cups so I will look forward to hearing how that was done.

Hey girls it's really easy to put water in those cute little treat cups. I used the heavy window sheet out of SU Idea Book and peeled the adhesive off the back of the cup - make sure your press it down really good and make sure there are no drops of water on the back edge of your cup when you do that. Then just punch your holes and put your adhesive on and there you go.

I used the medium weight sheet and so far, so good. I shake the card each day and it's fine.
