Default Adhesive Backed Magnetic Sheets Questions

Probably silly questions on my part, but my Cricut is out of warranty and I don't want to chance anything. So, here goes. Can Quickutz magnetic sheets work in the Cricut? I saw them on sale for $2.99 for 6 sheets of 4x12. Is this a good price? Where do you get your sheets from? What brand(s) do you recommend? What's a really good price with reasonable shipping? Thank you so much for all your assistance.

I get my sheets from Oriental Trading. They're slightly smaller than 8 1/2" x 11" and are $9.99 for 12 sheets. If you buy three packs or more, then the price is $8.99. I usually go in with my girlfriends to get enough packs for the discount and to get free shipping.

As for the Cricut, my guess is that it'll work if you use the deep cut blade and use the proper tension. I haven't used the Quickutz magnetic sheets. I think they're usually $5 a pack, so $2.99 would be a good price for that product.

Kikikaren, thanks for the Oriental Trading info. I've been getting mine at Staples and they are way more expensive (for less sheets too).

I got a pack from the adhesive aisle at Michaels, sometimes also found in the kid crafts aisle. Not sure of the price but you can always use a coupon!

Oh wow, I'll look at Michael's first with a coupon. Thanks.
