Temporary Glitter Body Tattoos?

So I'm not much of a shopper but saw a TV ad for Shimmer Body Art that looked fun. It's adhesive stencils, paint on adhesive, and then fine glitter on top. I'm cheap and thought I have adhesive vinyl I can cut for simple stencils and LOADS of glitter. (You know who you are) But am stumped on an glue that will be skin safe. The ads say they are waterproof but come off with baby oil. Any ideas my wise and crafty friends?

Use eyelash glue and ultra fine glitter.
