Default Am I the ONLY one??

... to not have a Cuddlebug yet? (Did I even spell it right?) I see all these fabulous cards using the CB and am, of course, becoming envious and thinking I just might have to have one. I have played with one, thanks to my fabulous DL, but of all the paper that I embossed I haven't used a piece of it yet... it just sits in a basket.

Does anyone have a CB that they don't use as much as they thought??

I have it, use it, and LOVE it! Considering what it can do, I think it's a great deal, especially if you use a 50% off coupon.

Nope! I have a few of the embossing folders but I use them in my good ol' original Sizzix with the System Converter and it works fine.

I may eventually get a Cuttlebug or BigShot but I don't feel the need or have the money right now.

I caved and bought one - and am THRILLED I did!
I can now not only emboss with the CB folders - but with all of my 3 sets of Fiskars plates that were sitting unused!!!

I keep thinking I really "need" the cuttlebug, too. There are a lot of really cute backgrounds on cards. I keep holding off, cause me thinks this is only a passing fad like most other new things are! Besides, I want to put money into the new catalog and am trying my hardest to hold off on buying anything new till then..........wish me luck!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Cuttlebug. I got mine a while back (march) at Joann's for half off (I recommend waiting for a good deal like that). I want to use the embossing folders on every card I make. I'm so addicted!

I do not have a cuttlebug, I have been using the embossing folders in my sizzix and it works just fine. I too have a breakmaker and george foreman. Maybe I will pull out the breadmaker and make bread this weekend! Why don't we all do it?

Good to hear you can use the embossing folders in the Sizzix...does anyone know if they are similar to the Sizzix embossing folders?

I don't have a CB and really have no desire to own one. While I like the cards created with them, I don;t see me using it that often.

Default Let's see... I have a...

George Foreman grill
a bread machine
a Salad Shooter
2 different size food processors

I used a Cuttlebug at a swap a couple of weeks ago - I liked it - but I already feel guilty now about the amount of money I've spent on stamping stuff and don't use.

I have a brand new sewing machine that I just had to have that I've used twice in the 2 months I've had it.

Think I'll hold off for now.

Love my cuttlebug!!!! I think up reasons to use it on cards, tags, wrapping paper, whatever I can use it for... it's just fun to use and the results are so striking.

Don't have one. Don't have a Sizzix either. Would enjoy having one, I'm sure, but haven't been able to justify spending that much yet. After all, it's not just the Cuttlebug I'd have to buy - - - I'd need dies, embossing folders, more dies, more folders . . . *sigh* Maybe if my hubby and I hadn't made a list recently of all the things we need around the house I'd be able to rationalize myself into getting one!

I do have the CB, and I think it is my favorite gadget. I am known as the gadget guru in my family. I volunteer at our local senior center, and the cards we've been making with the cuttlebug are beautiful. I get so many great ideas here on SCS. It gives such a professional look. We've just been embossing so far, but Tuesday, I'm going to try the dies with them. I don't know if the pieces will be too small. Some have dexterity problems.

I don't have one and don't plan on getting one, either. I have such limited space and already have so much in the way of stamping supplies that hardly get used. I like the cards I see with the embossed backgrounds, though.

Default Cuttlebug worth it

I think the Cuttlebug is definitely worth the price...I don't think it is as expensive as some of the machines out there...Sissiz, Xyron, Cricut..etc. The folders and dies are also cheap especially if you use a coupon.

EVERYONE is WOWED by an embossed card. They are just amazed at the professional look it gives to the card. I also love to emboss the envelope flap as well. People think you spent a lot of time making the card with embossed images.

I JUST LOVE IT! Glad I got cuttlebugitis

So sad to think of all those poor bread machines sitting lonely and neglected. I LOVE my bread machine and have used it at least once a week for the past 3 years - we rarely buy bread anymore. Of course I also love my grill (not george foreman) and my waffle maker and my sandwich maker and my crockpot and my toaster oven and.... hmmm I think I'm an appliance junky. I wonder if I could use that argument to get my hubby to buy me a cuttlebug for my BD? i.e. I use my other toys, it won't be sitting there neglected!

I just got mine today but forgot you all said to order dies for it. Now I have to wait for my dies to come to try it out but it is such a cute machine. I can't wait for my dies to get here.
