Default quickutz cookie cutter

I want to buy the quickutz cookie cutter nesting flowers for my CB. Does anyone know if I can emboss with these? I saw a few cards with embossed squares - are these the same?

Yes, you can emboss with these but you need a rubber embossing mat (paper trey ink has them, (2/$7.00?) I had luck using foam sheets, but it get cut everytime. Hopes this helps.

Thank you so much because the embossed square cards I saw were very nice. I am going to give it a try.

You can! I have those QK dies and I experimented with them and the tan mat from nestabilities and it worked great.

I bought these at Hobby Lobby and used my 40% off coupon...they work great for both cutting and embossing. I bought the tan embossing mats from Ellen's store.

I've been using a rubber mat jar opener instead of the tan mat and it works great . Peggy

Glad to hear this as I was planning to try embossing with my cookie cutters as I couldn't see that they were that different to the Nestabilities.
