Default Distressed Stickles

Can you lead me to a site that sells this item with of course a low price tag?

I bought mine off of ebay. I got the whole set fairly cheap, but if you are not a big fan of ebay scrapbook.com has them as well. Just to warn you though they are not sparkly like other stickles they definitely have the distress feel to them

There is nothing as wonderful as Stickles. Aren't they great? But I get them at Hobby Lobby with my coupon.

ok...........so when would you use a distressed stickle?

I love stickles, and, of course, love them because they add some
'sparkle.'

So, if these don't sparkle, when and where would you use them?
What affect do they give/leave?

They give a more pearly, chunky look to them. I did a comparison on my blog: http://thescrapmaster.blogspot.com/2...les-chart.html

I just got all of mine from there too. They have a lot of things I was looking for so I got it all in one place instead of shopping at several online stores. Loved it.

And I just organized all of my stickles, distress stickles, and liquid pearls. I put samples of each onto a piece of paper, and I will try to post a picture later so you can see the difference. I don't see a whole lot of difference once they were dry. I like them for the different colors. The one thing different is that the opening is a bit larger; not as fine as the stickles bottle.

Here's a card that I did with the Walnut Stain color Distress Stickles on the acorns:

LSC194 Nutty Squirrel by cjbapp at Splitcoaststampers

I love that they add a lot of texture and they have a hint of sparkle to draw attention to them, but they are by no means *bling*. Which for me is perfect...I am not into tons of sparkles! They really do enhance rustic cards though!
