Does anyone know if the butterfly from the Beautiful Day stamp set in the 2018 Occasions catalog can be cut using the bold butterfly framelit die?

No, if it did Stampin' UP! would indicate that in the catalog. This stamp set is promoted with the Brusho Colours. It's a good thick lined stamp set that is perfect for heat embossing and watercoloring.
