I've used it; I bought 2 on line for either 2 or 3 dollars but saw them the other day at AC Moore for ONE dollar!! I like it a lot and use it all the time, (when they're not lost under the mess on my table!!); I figured even for the 2 or 3 bucks, they're worth it until I feel like spending the big bucks for the SU one (which has multiple uses I think);

Also, if it's the one I have, it's about a 2.5" pink plastic circle with a notch cut out like a pie slice and there's a little blade inside the notch; you run your cardstock thru the notch to distress the edge; I've heard it referred to as the Pac-man thingy!

I bought two from www.apeekintoyesterday.com for only $1.00 each. I only have used one of them and it worked great ~ it does look like a Pac-Man. I also buy my red sticky tape from that site for only $1.05 a roll of 5 yards.

I got mine for 99 cents and it works just like taking your paper snips and rubbing it along the edge of your paper to distress the edge. It is just a razor blade enclosed in the pink "pac-man" looking thingy.
I have one and dont care for it much, I cant get my edges to look right when I use it. :( Now I just open up my scissor and run the edge of my cardstock across the blade and it works great. ;)
