Default metal tags

I don't know if SU still sells the sheets of metal tags, but I bought a silver sheet a long time ago and never used it. I can't think for the life of me why I thought I needed it. Did any of you buy one and if so have you used it?

I've used a few of mine. I like tone-on-tone heat embossing on them, like I did on this card and on this other card.

Love your cards, cool idea. How many coats of embossing powder do you use?

Thanks. The tags are very slick, so I just carefully stamp the image with the matching color ink, and then use one layer of the matching color embossing powder.

Another hint for the heat embossing: lay the tag on a safe surface (one that won't melt). Put the end of a stylus or piercing tool or some similar object in the hole in the tag to hold the tag in place while you're heating it.
