The template is below in a word document. You can print the template directly onto your card stock and then cut and score as shown on the template. I have added a document that contains two templates on one page. Not all printers will be able to handle the narrow margins on this document.
An alternate method to achieve the same pattern is start with a 4" x 9-1/2" piece of card stock. On the short side, score along the length at the 1" and the 3" marks. On the long side, score along the length at the 1", 3", 4", 6", 7-1/16" and 9-1/16" marks. Then you can use the word document as a guide for what to cut off.
I hope that you like this template. If you make your own Peek-A-Boo Boxes, please feel free to post a link to your creation on this thread. I would love to see your designs!

you wonderfully talented lady with such a big heart. thanks ever so much for sharing your creation and template with us.. I can't wait to make some. I will post as soon as I make them. have a wonderful night!!!
Just adding my own thanks! I just made a little box and it looks great! Did you add any cellophane to the top? These are SOOOOoooooo CUTE!!!
Yes, the window where the candy corn peeks through is covered with a piece of transparency (or window sheet) on the back side, so that the candy corn can not fall out. The photo did not pick up a reflection on the transparency so it's hard to tell. ;)
Thanks for all of your wonderful compliments.
Please post a link to your creations if you want to share.
Is there anyway to get 2 templates on a page? It looks like it would fit but I can't do it.
Cindy, Thanks for the idea. I was able to fit both templates on one page, but the margins are narrow. The document is in post#1. I'm not sure if all printers will be able to print this close to the edge. I hope it works for you.
The boxes are darling! I changed both my right and left margins to -.5 and changed the page layout to be center justified and the template printed 2 boxes perfectly on a sheet of 8.5 x 11 cardstock! HTH

Thanks so much for the tip! I was going to play with the template so I could get it to print two per page, but you did all the work for me! Thanks! These are truly adorable! I will have to take a picture of the one I made and post it in my gallery. I think I'm going to use the idea for little favor boxes at a SCS get together!
Help..I love the little boxes but I cannot open the word documents. It keeps telling me the file does not exist...any suggestions on how to get to these adorable little boxes...:( Sharon Sutton [email protected] Thanking you in advance.
