She says its a cut file for the silhouette.

I know but a don't have the silhouette, that's why I ask for a PDF or Word version.

I dont have any cut machines either so I dont know if it would be available as a PDF or word version . Maybe someone else will have a better knowledge. Hope you find it. It is adorable.
