Default On Board Art Journal - Address Book Layout

I used the On Board Art Journals to create address book which I gave to my brothers/sisters for Christmas. Pictures of the books can be seen in my gallery. Here is the template that I used for the inside pages.

How did you get the pages inside? Did you glue them in or use the new punch to make holes and put them in that way? Thanks!

I used the new punch from SU and it works perfectly.
