Default what about this tool?

How do y'all rate the tool that pops the paper circles out of your anywhere hole makers in your eyelett set kit? They're sold in the scrapbook cat. only.

Default Paper Popper

I bought the paper popper because I had gotten my eyelet setter so jammed up with those little circles that I couldn't use it any longer. I tried the Paper Popper and couldn't get the circles out. But, then my husband came to my rescue and using the Paper Popper was able to get all of my little circles out. Now I'm using it often so that never happens again!

I suppose if you clean your eyelet setter often you probably don't need it...but if you let it get all jammed up (like me) than it's a good tool to have. Hope that helps!

I recently got that tool, and was very glad to have it this weekend. I made some of the mat board journals, and used it quite a bit when I was pounding the holes into the covers and pages. I really am glad I bought it.

I like it a lot and use it very regularly! It's a lifesaver, before I was having to use a paper clip. So this works much better!

I don' t own it yet. So far I just cleaned my eyelet tool with the $2.50 stylus tool Stampin' Up! sells. No problems with that one!

Hugs and smiles.

I just recently got this and I'm loving it! However, I never thought to use the stylus tool. That's a good idea! I was using the needle from the MM eyelet kit...sorta one of those, "girls, this is not a good idea, very dangerous," and it took forever. So, yes, the paper popper is a great tool for me. Not as adventerous as the foot long needle thing, but useful

I use my stylus tool as well. It's not sharp and seems to get the job done just fine.

I love mine. I use it all the time. If the punch tool is really full, all you have to do is line up the hole on top of the "thingy" that pops the leftovers out and hammer it until the leftovers "pop" out. I don't know if that made sense or not  Happy popping!

Beate,

Be careful using the stylus - that's what I was using and thought it worked great until this weekend when I was trying to clean out the mat board circle and UH OH - the tip of my stylus broke clean off! Now I'm wondering if I really should invest in the paper popper - hmmmm. . . .
