Web Site address book

Some where on here I saw a download for a web site address book. A place to put all of your web site pin #'s and addresses. I can't seem to find it now. Any help would be great. Thank You, Sherri Landon

That's wonderful. Anyone know how she bound the pages? Since you have to change your passwords every 90 days, I'm thinking a 3 ring binder might be nice so you could just put in new pages instead of using white out.

I would say rather than mess with changing pages, just write in pencil or use a post-it note on that page. I'm also thinking this size would be easier to slip into a drawer rather than having to find a place for a 3 ring binder...

As for the binding, this can be easily done at any office supply store (Staples, Office Max, or even Kinko's) for a low price if you don't have a binding system at home.

This is a cute idea and think it would be great for my mom!
