Exclamation Twinkling H2O

Hi!
I've seen this term floating around, and I saw it again today on the trading card below. Can someone tell me what it is?
Thanks a million!:p

Wow you so need to find some H2Os they are so fab - they are pots of solid colour that have an iridescent shimmer to them. You use a wet brush to paint with them, but there are so many other things you can do. I'm totally computer illiterate so can't post a link for you, but they are made by www.luminarteinc.com (think thats right) I use them on anything that requires colouring and couldn't do without them! Get the idea that I like them? And I don't even work for the company!!! LOL

I love my h2o colors, so easy to use and look great on most everything!! I found them a a stampers store, I have never seen them a Micheals or other large chain store. Keep looking until you find them though, they are worth it!

Somewhere I seen a thread about using pearl ex with watercolor paints to achieve the same look. I tried the pearl white lumiere from SU with watercolor paints (cheap ones) and got a pretty sparkly look.
