Default Toilet paper technique?????

I have seen cards that looked like toilet paper or paper towels were put (wet)
over a stamp and then allowed to dry..then turned over the "paper" and colored, probably pastels. Has any one seen this or know what exactly is used and how to actually do it?? I tried it and my image wasn't bold enough or raised enough when turned over to color. Please PM me if you know.

It is paper casting and the tutorial that catstamp posted is very good. I use one of the stipple brushes to pounce on the wet TP after it is placed on top of the stamp. Also, to speed drying time, you can microwave it in one minute increments until dry. Just place the casting on a paper towel in the microwave. After coloring with chalks, you may want to lightly seal with a matte spray.
