Default Staples

Hi! I've seen a lot of cards lately using colored small staples (or I think they are staples). Where do you get them?

Smile colored staples

Making Memories has some colored staples. Also, If you check out the discount stores (such as Wal-Mart or Target) you can usually find them in the kid school supplies or in the office supplies. I have the Making Memories staples and some purchased at Target...Love 'em! Hope this helps!

I bought my mini stapler and colored staples at Michael's. I know AC Moore also carries them.

I take regular silver staples..and color them with Sharpie markers..works great for me.

Just take a chunk of them at a time..and color away.

HTH,
Kim

I did this too.... works well.
Before I started doing this, I got a 'Making Memories' mini stapler with (VERY brightly) colored staples at Michael's for less than $5.00. Those staples really are brighter!

Tip from my upline was to use regular staples and rub them on a Stazon ink pad
This works great

I also use both StazOn and Sharpies.....You can make them stripped, across the width or length!

Talking i bought mine

at walmart-
$2.49 for the mini(easier to manuver into little spaces)and it came filled with teal staples and a box of purple was included. they had right next to it a "refill"package also for $2.49 of pink, yellow, green and blue.
so far it has served it's purpose well.
wasn't sure if it was something i'd do alot, so i put in a minimal investment.
happy shopping!

I use a LOT of colored staples - it is so much faster and easier than applying glue stick or double stick tape. TAC sells the MM colored staples in 3 different sets - metallic, light, and dark. Each box contains 5 different colors, 1250 staples, for $2.25
