Unfortunately, I don't have a link, but In My Stamp Room blog has a really good tutorial on one hole knotted ribbon, which may be what you are talking about. If I can find her link I'll post it.
One of the demonstrators on theWorkshop WOW DVD referred to a "one hole bow." Does anyone know how this is done?
