Default Mini Pizza Box Template

Is there a mini pizza box template somewhere? I saw this on a blog and now cannot remember where, and it held cards in it. Now I am searching the gallery with no luck on a link to a blog or a template. :(

Are the cards a standard 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 and does anyone know if there is a template for this in a pdf file?

TIA

Default larger box

Good morning,

I was playing with this to try and make a box that would fit the 4.25" x 5" note cards I make. Someone may already have done this but I couldn't find it. I only found 3 or 4" squares. Anyway, I found if I used this same concept but started with a piece 8" x 12" I could have a finished box of 4.5" x 6" x 1" deep. I used exactly the same format of scoring at the 1" mark all the way around. The score marks in the center I made at 5.5" and 6.5".

I am sure someone out there may have one even better but I thought I would pass this along in case it is helpful to anyone. I am going to use the boxes to hold note cards. I am not sure how many it will hold. I make them for a donation to a Rotary auction each year. I am so tickled to now have a handmade box to put them in.

The Scor-Pal site has one on their site too that's really cute with embellies.
