Question Matboard Books?

I saw a Matboard book in a Scrapbooking store in passing., I would like to make one for an upcomming 80th birthday party. Does anyone know if there are instructions or a supply list anywhere ?? I would go back to the store but its 300 miles away ( I know,, poor planning on my part lol)

TIA!!

Default natboard books

Walmart has some in thier craft dept, by scrapbooking supplies...no instructions or supply list...so that just means you can be totally creative... but there are also some small "album" typoes books that have the page protectors... 6 x 9 or even smaller.. Look at
Hobby Lobby or Michaels or JOANns or any scrapbooking store you have near you...hope this helps...
