Default Instructions for Mini-Envelope Book from OnStage

Hi! Someone emailed me that they saw a request for instructions for the "Friends" book on the cover of OnStage. I can't find where the post was (and I'm not in the demo only forums) so here are the instructions:

Instructions for Mini-Envelope Book
("Friend" book on OnStage cover, "For You" book inside on page 3)

Cover
1. Cut cardstock 6-7/8" x 2-1/8"
2. Stamp/decorate as desired
3. Score in from each short edge at 3-1/8". Fold to create spine.

Tags
1. Cut cardstock 2"x3" (5 pieces)
2. Stamp as desired.
3. Adhere tabs onto one 2" end of each piece. Stagger the tabs from the top to the bottom, shifting the position for each tag.

Envelopes
1. Use the 3"x2" template from the Mini-Envelope Template to make 5 envelopes, with the following modifications:
- Use only one short tab ("fold #1" side), the other tab ("fold #2" side) should be left off. (This creates the opening for the tag.)
- For the one short tab that remains, extend the length by 1/8". (I did this by using the line for the 2x2 template that is right next to this tab on the template.)
2. Cut envelopes out.
3. Stamp as desired (on the side opposite of the tracing).
4. Using Sticky Strip, adhere the long tab ("fold #4" side) to the large flap ("fold #3" side).
5. Put Sticky Strip on the short tab ("fold #1" side) but DO NOT ADHERE THE SHORT TAB YET!

Assembling the Book
1. Cut 22" Linen Thread
2. Start the Linen Thread on bottom of the outside of the cover along the spine pulling it up toward the top, and then lay the cover face down.
3. Place the first mini-envelope face down on the left side of the open cover.
4. Wrap the linen thread down along the mini-envelope fold by the short tab.
5. Close and adhere the short tab with Sticky Strip.
6. Wrap the linen thread up along the outside of the cover so it is back at the top.
7. Repeat steps 3 - 6 for each mini-envelope.
8. Once all envelopes are "threaded", take the end of the linen thread and tie to the beginning along the spine. Trim the ends.
9. Slide the tags into the mini-envelopes.

Have fun! There's an open sample in the art gallery of my website, if that makes it easier to understand the instructions.

I'm so glad that everyone is excited about the idea! That makes getting the idea published even more fun. I hope that you all have a great time with it!

Thanks also to my downline Stephanie who let me know that the question was posted.

I must be missing the example on your website. Any chance you could scan it again and post here?

Thanks for sharing, but I can't find the picture either. It sure makes it easier to follow the instructions if you have a picture to refer to. Any change of you posting a picture? Thanks

Where can I find the mini-envelope template? And I would also love to see a picture of this.

Thanks!
