Instruction for Gel(Water) Card

I saw instructions on this site for a card made with hair gel, but I can't get the instruction's to come up. How is the gel sealed in the window?
Help!

I used a little baggie. I got mine from walmart in with the cake decorating isle. Or i think you can get them at JoAnns or Michaels.

I've made a couple of cards with hair gel. My very 1st card I used a ziploc bag (making sure all the air was out) then I discovered a small ziploc type bag I bought at Michael's. I liked the Micheal's bags better because they were thicker and I didnt feel like I needed to worry about them getting punctured easily and leaking gel.

I cannot view any of the tutorials except for the Kaleidoscope Medalion. Judi, I even tried your shortcut and it didn't work. I did report it. Is anyone else having problems with the Resource page??

If you go to the resourse page look under gel card. I could get it to come up from there but not when i copied and pasted it.

How strange. I see it fine in Firefox. But in IE, I see the same blank page as the rest of you.
