Default Ideas for Hersheys Nuggets - Not Boxes

Hey, everyone,

Any good easy ideas for craft show items using Hersheys Nuggets besides the nugget boxes? And, besides putting them in a bag with a topper?

I bought a whole bunch of nuggets, made a few nugget boxes and decided the boxes were too labor intensive for a craft show for what I can sell them for.

Now I either have to come up with some other ideas, or else we will eat all the nuggets, which is not a good thing.

Sigh - I already made the cute little purses, 24 of them. Everyone at the last craft fair said how darling they were, but I didn't sell too many. For how much work they were, I couldn't bear to mark them 50 cents, and I think people didn't want to pay $1. But thank you.

I've been wondering this, too, Bugga. I don't think I would pay $1 for a hershey's nugget purse- even if it was super cute!!! I also didn't want to make the boxes, because, as you say, it takes a ton of work for not too much profit. So all I've done are the bags with the toppers - but I've done the topper where you have a piece of cardstock about 4"x5" and fold it over top of the cello bag. Then I put some DSP on the cardstock (behind the nuggets), wrap the nuggets and just do a couple of embellishments on the front of the folded over cardstock. Not as much work as the boxes, and pretty cute.

I would like to hear of other ideas, though!

Here is an idea from Nicole Heady over at PTI. It has a Valentine theme, but that could be adapted.

Thank you, thank you for this. Just what I was looking for to package all the nuggets I've bought. These will be perfect for my craft shows. I can wrap the nuggets in cute Christmas pattern paper strips, punch out the scallops from matching cardstock, and tie them up with coordinating ribbon.

Soooo much easier than making those tiny nugget boxes, and I think every bit as appealing.

Thanks again.
