Default Help! Looking for split circle card.

I saw somewhere several weeks ago a card that had 2 circles on the from attached with a brad in the centre. The circles each had one cut from the outside edge into the centre and they interchanged so as you spun the one circle around completely, the other one emerged from underneath. Hard to explain, but it looked so cool. I have no idea if it was on SCS or on someone's blog. I have searched but cannot find it. Are any of you ladies out there able to help me out? Thanks in advance.
Karla
