heartfelt post it note holders

Does anyone have the template for the outstanding post it note holders made with the heartfelt thanks set. I believe that Leslierich is the talented artist. I have asked for the template a couple of times, but I not sure that I'm sending the message properly. If someone has this template and doesn't mind emailing the instructions, I would greatly appreciate it. My address is [email protected]

I'd try it again! She may be too busy stamping her beautiful creations to check her computer that often!!!
