Default Covering Gerber Baby Food Plastic Containers

Does anyone have a template or instructions? I thought I'd cover them and fill with homemade cocoa. I've tried to trace them, but obviously I am inept. They are rectangular in shape and have a cover, however they are tapered, the bottom is smaller than the top of the container. TIA and for all the great knowledge I've gotten from all the talented people on this site!!!

How about doing a wide band around the bottom and that way you don't have to cover the bottom completely. Then you don't have to worry about measuring os you cover the taper. Then create a rectangle top to glue on the lid. Or just wrap with 1" grosgrain ribbon and attach a stamped and decorated tag?
