Default CD Card

Just got my CardMaker magazine in today's mail and was going to try the CD card on page 80... BUT, it says to punch 2 holes on the side of the CDs... Now, How'd they do that? I've tried a hole punch, my eyelet thingy.... next will probably be an ice pick... Any suggestions? I have a generic dremel tool... guess I could try that after I get some more bits for it... broke the ones that came with it! A bit rough I guess! LOL!

TIA for any help!

Have you tried warming it with your heat tool so it would be softer?
I saw something similar done on HGT* when they were working with CDs
I hope it helps!

Vivien,

Thanks for the heating suggestion.... it seemed to have done the trick for me.

Happy Stamping.

Exclamation

i just finished a cd scrapbook. I used a drill to put the holes in the cd. Nothing else worked for me! the best way to do it is to use an old cd spindle and use that to stabilize a stack of cds while you drill the holes.

Also, if you need to cut paper to fit your cd, use the round green "Circle Scissor" by Orbis, and use hole #119 to cut your circles. It fits perfectly.
