Can't find nugget box templates

Any idea where the nugget box templates have moved to? I've tried the link on the resource page, as well as any I have found in the forums and they all say I do not have access.

Hi Lydia,

Thank you for your response. I am logged in and can see the resource page for the step-by-step instructions but at the bottom of the page there is a link for creating boxes of all different sizes. That is the page I can't open.
