Question black glossy cs

I have seen a few posts (a while back) on where to find it and I was wondering what do you do with it. I happened to find some in my local hardware store (of all places) and was hoping to buy it if I like the ideas. Thanks

Black glossy is cool with embossing, and with pearl-ex and future floor wax.

If you have Marvy Metallic markers you dab them on randomly and put another piece of black glossy on top and "smooch" a little.... beatiful backgrounds.

Shayle...
where abouts in AB are you? I picked up a pack of 12x12 black glossy at
Scrapbooker's Paradise in Red Deer a cpl months ago. it was $12.50 for 10 sheets. I haven't even broke it out of the pkg yet....to many other projects on the go. Must be my subconscious working at "saving" those pricey sheets.

Default duh moment....

sorry, brain needs coffee. Metallic inks from adirondack can be applied. Also looks good with Holographic and color embossing on it. HTH

About the Marvy Markers, I just remembered we used some type of "metallic" refills also, I'll find out which ones, I think they might have been Posh Impressions.....

Okay, well I'm not sure if this is what she was talking about, but you can put Future floor wax in an aqua painter and kinda paint with it by picking up a little bit of pearl-ex on the tip. It's really great for adding a little sparkle to something you colored in. I really like the way it looks when you color in dragonfly wings and stuff like that with it. I've heard that you can not clean the floor wax out of your aqua painter though, so you need one just for this. HTH;)

Try the tutorial on heated pearls. It looks AWESOME on black glossy!
(as for FFP, if you rinse your aquapainter right away and rinse it well, it's just fine for water or whatever )

Default Black Glossy Cardstock @ Marco Paper!

In the past I've purchased black glossy cardstock from Marco Paper (www.marcopaper.com)

I seem to recall it goes on sale quite often; I think I got a 25 or 50 sheet pack and it was very reasonably priced.

HTH!
