Default The best tape/glue for layered cards

Alot of the beautiful cards in the gallery have many layers of cardstock or paper. I'm wondering what is everyone's favorite tape/glue to use, that is sure to make all the layers stick to the card?? There are so many choices out there and I've just started making cards. Thanks!

I use an Adhesive Transfer Gun (ATG) by Scotch, but that can be a substantial investment to a beginning cardmaker. Probably the best recommendation I can make is the Tombow Mono Multi glue. It comes in a white bottle with green caps on either end. One end is for detail gluing, and the other is large to cover large areas. However, you will only need to use the small end because this stuff holds like nobody's business!! Just put four small dabs on the corners, and run a tiny smushed bead along each side if you like, and you're done! The other awesome aspect of Mono Multi, aside from its amazing hold, is that you will have a second or so to adjust your layer after you've put it down on paper.

Scotch Quick Dry works great but you have to be very easy with it. I have had it warp my paper when too much was applied.

Zip Dry Paper Glue is my favorite. I even use it instead of red tape. I have these mini clips that I use. I glue one side and clip it while I am glueing the other. By the time I am done with all sides the first is set. It won't dry that quick if you use too much. And later, after it has cured, you have to tear it up to get it apart. Also, if you get it somewhere it's not supposed to be - let it dry and it will rub right off without leaving a mess.

I use 3L tape runner. It doesn't take much and it sticks really well.

ATG or 3M dbl stick tape for general use as they hold for years. I don't use any other adhesives, especially glue sticks because they don't hold long periods of time. I use a variety of other glues depending on what I need to adhere. I buy 3M dbl stick at Sams.

I use fabri-Tac...Love it...It gives you a second to get the layer where you need it before harding up...Never falls apart, and dries fast...

I used to be a double stick tape user until I noticed that the cards my mom was saving were falling apart after awhile. I've switched to Tombow Mono Multi liquid glue and those babies are all still intact, just like the day they were made!
