I was just looking for a 3" box template, too, and hadn't noticed these you mentioned from the Winter Mini. If you go to the SU site (customer side) and view the online mini, click on that stamped box you like (http://catalogs.shoplocal.com/stampi...oreid=1038724), it gives the recipe as a Bloomin' Boxes & Tags, sold on page 212 of the Idea Book.

I have to admit I had not noticed these, either!

It's not a template you can download from somewhere, it's a die-cut box that can be purchased thru Stampin' Up's large Idea Book/Catalog on page 212.
