Default 12 X 12 covered box?

Did anyone take a picture of that box which is a 12 X 12 sheet folded and uses no adhesive? I know how to fold the box and a basic idea of the look but I would really love to see a photo.

It was demonstrated at Houston Leadership conference

TIA

-Bethany
