Zig Painty
I've had the Zig Painty for a couple of years now and I can't remember why I bought it. I would love to know what others are using it for. Thanks a bunch

My has been sitting in my drawer for at least a year! I know I originally bought it to run along the edge of a card to make a gold outline. It's always too messy and not even enough for me.
Hope you get some good suggestions! I could use them too! Ashley |
Before I finally bought the gold paper from SU, I used to use the ziggy to color a border around a white piece and layer on top of it. It then looked like I had gold paper layered behind the others. It's also good to use like a marker when you want a gold accent on an image. I always write on a scrap piece until it starts flowing nicely.

It is also great to use on Dominos or Polyshrink (after it has been shrunk) I use mine all teh time for accents (like bows, accents on vehicles, etc.). HTH

I use my Zig Painty to do a random backround - typically, 3 dots in a group, all over a card. I also use it to fill in on some stamps, in place of markers. I've alos used it on the edges of ribbon. The ribbon thing is hard - make sure it doesn't just spread right into the ribbon and just look dirty. ~Pam

My favorite trick with the Zig Painty is to cut cardstock with deckle scissors, then run the side of the ZP along the edge of the cardstock. There's a couple of examples in my gallery right now where I've used it in that way.

Well I JUST used mine in silver to put my name on my Crafters Tool Kit, and the contents!!!!!
