Hi - I've seen some recent posts about 6x6 pages. I think that is such a neat size!! I'm wondering how these scrapbooks are put together (is there a binder available or are they made) and what do you use for the cover. Thanks as always!!! Julie Ann

SU! Carries some really cute 6x6 albums. I'm sure there will be more in the new catalog. . . You *can* make your own with matboard, but you can't beat the 6x6 albums (postbound with protectors like the 12x12 & 8 1/2 x 11) for durability. They're great!
Thanks Jenn! I knew you'd have an answer. I was just checking out some of your cute 6x6 pages in the gallery!! I'm going to my catty now to check it out - but should probably wait until the new one comes out to order. Oh my!! Just 2 weeks right!! Have a wonderful day!!! PS - I'm SO glad I don't have to attempt the matboard front. That's beyond me right now!!!

I love 12 x 12 for all the space, but I found myself scrapping with the 8x10 pictures, and building a layout around those. I really like to focus on the people. 6x6 has been PERFECT for me. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I get a page (or several) done! Check 'em out! They're wonderful! Now if we could just get some more designs. . .
New designs... and the time. I need to get my time organized so I can do all these wonderful things. Perhaps if I give up sleeping!! Ha! I may try the 6x6s for Christmas presents too. love this site, Jenn. And thanks for all the help!

Hey there Julie,
If you would like I will send you a 6x6 matboard journal so that you can just buy the inserts to start out and see if you like the 6x6 building of it all...that way you don't have to invest in an album right away! Let me know and I will get to work on one for you!
Oh and if you like it we can always plan a get together after the baby comes and we can just make a ton of them for you to give as Christmas gifts!!!! Here is a link to the one I made for my Husband for Fathers Day! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Keri - you are so sweet!! That would be wonderful. I was just looking in the catty and didn't find the journals Jenn mentioned. Are they just in the scrapbooking catty? Is that where I order the pages also? I would love to meet with you somewhere sometime if we could do it to have some fun - you have wonderful ideas. When is the baby due? From your posts, it must be soon! Julie Ann

Julie, the journals are the ones that we can build. The 6x6 scrapbooks are onpage 60 of the Memories book...can't wait to have it all in one book!!!! The inserts are on page61 they are called page protectors...twenty for 5.95. It makes a really great gift for Gparents and such!!! I am due the 18th of this month...less than three weeks left and so much still to do!!! AHHH!!
But yes, I will make a 6x6 for you and then you can see what they look like in person. Any specific colors or style you would like?
Let me know
PM me with you address and full name so I can send it when I am done with it!
Thanks for the comments on the Daddy book. My sons hand was stained for a little while and all he kept saying to me was, "TICKY Mommy TICKLY" (stickly) and wiggling those cute little fingers at me the whole time!!! It was adoreable!
Oh good luck these next few weeks!! My Justin will be 6 on the 20th. Do you know if you're having a girl or boy this time? So exciting!!
I love a lot of color combos - green/blue, purple/pink... why don't you surprise me. I don't have a memories catalog, so I'll check with my demo to see hers. I do hope they are combined in the new catty - that would be very nice.
Thanks again - you are a sweety!! Julie Ann

We don't know what the baby is yet....saving it as a GREAT surprise!!! And the new catty will be the two combined!!! WOO HOO!!! I am so excited about that!!!
Ooo - good surprise! We found out with Justin, but saved it as a surprise with our second. We picked the name Jordan and then had a boy and a girl choice for middles names - (I was convinced I was having another boy) - but her name is Jordan Elyse! Ha! You'll be in my prayers the next few weeks. I know it can be rough at the end - both of mine came early and Jordan's delivery was a bit scary. God bless you and that little bundle!! Julie Ann
(and yeah for the new combined catty!)
