Shattered glass

Could someone explain the shattered glass technique or recommend a
website that explains it? Thanks!!

Shattered glass. I went to a class on Sunday and they used post it tape to draw of sections of the paper then randomly stamped. Use a roller over this. Look real nice. Hope this helped

Shattered glass
This is the way we were taught.
Take an avery full sheet label or one as large as the
card you are going to make.
Stamp randemly in several colors.
you can use several different stamps too.
After stamping the label - tear it up in pieces-tear off the backing.
press the pieces all over your card leaving space
in between each piece
Take an embossing powder (metalic works great)
and sprinkle in all over the area that does not have the
lable on it -[ heat emboss - there you have it.
