Default Post It Note Sizes

Has anyone noticed that Post It Notes come in so many different sizes.

The ones at my work are 2 7/8x2 7/8
I think the 3M are 3x3

With the various sizes it makes it a little difficult to use some of the patterns.

I went Kinkos and had the card stock cut 3x7 and it ends up a little too narrow. Not sure what I'm going to do now

You can take them to any local printer and they can cut them for a small charge. My local printer charges $1.65 a cut. Depending on their cutter, they can cut paper stacked up to at least 6" thick.

Thank you for the tip. This will be the best solution so that my cardstock does not go to waste.
